REHABILITATIVE PILATES

Pilates is excellent for rehabilitative work associated with injury, post-surgery, and other physical conditions. Many of our instructors are specially trained in Injury & Special Populations (ISP) rehabilitation training and can customize workouts to address a broad range of physical challenges, limitations, health conditions, postural problems and injuries, including lower back pain, spinal conditions, hip and knee replacements, shoulder issues, fibromyalgia, and arthritis, as well as pre and post-natal health and recovery. If you are currently under the care of a chiropractor, physical therapist or other health provider, we can work closely with them to develop a rehabilitation program specific to your needs. Call to schedule a complementary consultation and postural analysis with one of our certified instructors.
